[oletrucks] where gas filler neck (outofcab)? / hitch

I'm also considering putting the gas tank out of the cab.  Where have people
put the filler neck though?  I'm thinking on the splash apron above the running
boards, between bed and cab.  The only problem is it is rounded.  How would you
have it comming up through the bed wood?

Also, if anyone has a hitch on their AD truck please email me :)
