Here in the far east i just got the option to buy a 4400 from the
second owner. Stored since 1990, it looks great. The question is
how to get it home, 200 km and what to do with it. My main hope
is to drive it home, but how. New gastank from a 3100 will fit? What
kind of engine can i aspect? Fuelpump of a 235 will fit? Change oil
of engine and gearbox, 20w50 and 80w90 i guess. Drain the
watersystem and put in some coolant? How about the brakes.
Drain the oil and pore some DOT 3 inside? Or leave it as it is, and
just keep some space between me and the rest of the traffic?
To tell short, what do i do to kiss this beauty awake?
Last question, what's the right price for it (HER!!!)
