A 216 that doesn't drip any oil?!!  What in tarnation will you young 
'uns think of next?  Might be easier to teach a mule to use a litter 
box.
But seriously, the only way I know to prevent *even a little* oil 
from coming out of a 216 is to not put any oil in it, and even then 
you're still bound to get a drop or two.
