The product you are referring to is called "Chip Guard" and comes in either
clear or black coating in a 16 oz. spray can. It's usually sprayed on
lower panels for protection against rock chips. I just finished spraying
some rocker panels and applied the clear version over the paint to give the
paint some protection.
The rhino lining has a thickness about 20 times or more then what you can
get with the Chip Guard Product.
