The BIG truck and pickup cabs are the same as long as it isn't the Low Cab
Forward cab.  The front wheel openings on the LCF cut back into the doors
making then different.

I paid $500 for a good cab that needs miner patch work (2 years ago), it's a
GMC and I am changing dashes to make it a Chevy (after I finish building my
shop).
