[oletrucks] onw wire alternator

Ok guys, I know this has been gone over in the past, but, I couldn't find
enough info in the archives.  So, here it goes:

In hooking up a one wire alternator.....the post goes to the battery, but
how should the ( - - )'s be hooked up?  Some say hook 'em together...some
say to the ignition....what's the correct plan?
