Hi there. I haven't been writing on the list to much. But have been a
member for almost a year. I have a 53 5 window I'm trying to keep on the
road right now, and am slowly accumulating stuff for it. I was thinking of
IFS for my 53 in the future.
Anyway I got a good deal on a 47- 5 window truck that is pretty complete,
but APART. I mean APART!! I got as part of the deal a 62 GMC shortbed. I
was wondering if this is worth the effort taking the 47 cab and putting it
on the 62? I would have to strip the 62 GMC down to the frame of course.
Just wondering.
Also in my deal I got a 51 GMC regular cab that is about 80% complete, nice
hood but no front fenders or grill.
