I took a look at my coworkers Dodge truck today. Indeed it has seat belts
built into the seat, shoulder harness and all. Even the belt retractor,
which is usually on the floor is built in. Sure has a clean look, especially
for an extended cab with only two doors.

I didn't have my tape measure with me, but I will sure be looking at this
option more seriously for a comfortable seat and seat belts.
