Hello, On my 235 engine there is a pipe on the passenger side of the engine
that looks like it is a vent pipe for the oil pan. It comes up from the
bottom of the engine and makes a U turn and exits out the bottom of the
engine like an exhaust pipe.

What is this for and why is it not mentioned in the shop manual. Is this
the breather pipe they say needs to be cleaned out every 10,000 miles or
so? And how does it come off.

My trucks status is I got it running for about 2 minutes so far after I got
rid of the old gas.
