Before you spend a lot of time looking; I've only seen entire dome lights
for sale as used (mostly auction).  Just get a piece of printed circuit
board yourself & makeshift.  I don't think you'll find much else.  That's
pretty small stuff to see from the vendors, even with the increase of
supplies I've seen in the market over the past 20 yrs.  Then again, someone
may hand you one or point you to a vendor & maybe I'm just a pessimist!
