I just finnished putting in the short shaft water pump and had
everything in the engine compartment buttoned up.
I could not resist hitting the starter with the coil off to see the fan
cleared the harmonic balancer.
IT JUST SPUN and is not engaging.
I have the battery charger on it now in case it needed more juice to
spin the gear and
engage.
Did I put the starter in wrong. Does it need lubrication
I cant figure this out.
What you guys can answer in a few seconds would take me hours to figure
out.
Thanks for your help in the past. Is there a simple answer to this one
