Don't know if this would work or not, Mark. I haven't tried it myself and I
haven't had an instrument cluster apart so I don't know the exact diameter
of the gauge labels. If the label is close in size to a CD, this might
work - Get one of those "Neato" CD label kits from (Staples, Office Depot,
Office Max, etc) which include the pre-punched sticky-backed paper as well
as the software to print a circle shaped image from the image you produce in
PhotoShop. Even has hole in middle for CD spindle which should allow for
speedo needle shaft. Just a spur of the moment brainstorm (or maybe a senior
moment).

I have a '55 1st. It has white on black instruments.
There's a guy that comes to one of the local cruises. He has a bitchin'
Fairlane, with black on white instruments. I really like this look a lot.
I use Photoshop 7, so it's no problem buying a set of white on black faces
scanning them in and creating a black on white negative.
My question:
Have any of you done this? and what did you print it on? Is there some kind
of adhesive label material, or did you have to print on regular photo paper
and then glue inplace? Do you have any idea how this holds up in sunlight?
