If the voltage is going away at the batt. then the Batt. is shot.  Take it
(batt.) to auto zone they will test it for free.

drops all the way to zero. Someone suggested I have a bad ignition switch,
it may be shorting out. Easily tested by by-passing the ignition,
"hot-wiring". How do I do this?
