I'm running 134a in my 50 1/2 ton "Vintage Air". I've heard all the stores
about.........."it won't cool as good as the R12". Well, I had my niece in
the cab while I was charging up the system and she came out just as I was
topping off the system and I said......"what's the matter"? She said, "it's
too cold in there.... I'm going back in the house". So, it does work but
since the truck and my car are both on 134a, I don't have anything to make a
comparison.
