Wellll, It's like this, I still haven't found the box that my manual 
collection is in, but I can tell you this; my '49 1 ton says 8800 lbs on 
the door plate.

As I recall the manual disagrees, the 8800 lbs was for a dually with 
helper springs, and no my panel is not a dually, nor does it have helper 
springs!
