[oletrucks] POR 15

If I use POR 15 on a rear end, should i take the cover off first, will the
POR 15 seal it closed so it will be difficult to take it off later?
Also, it is ok to use POR 15 on the inside of the backing plate isn't it? It
won't interfere with the brake shoes will it?
