[oletrucks] paint removal

i have heard about "dipping" body parts to remove paint from them,  and heard 
there is a place in atlanta ga but cant recall the name or number of the 
place.  has anyone heard or used this method of removal?  does it work?  is it 
worth the money?  does anyone know the name/ number of this place?
