The book that I have shows that you are looking for a
black wire from pin G of an 8 pin connector on the
steering column. This wire will be grounded when the
horn "button" is pressed. 
With 12 volt horns, a relay must be used. Without a
relay, you will weld the horn button closed. To hook
up the relay, run a fused 12 volt wire to the relay
coil and the common pin of the relay. Run a wire from
the other side of the relay coil to the steering
column horn wire.
Run a wire to the horns from the output of the relay.
You can check the operation of the horns by grounding
the wire that goes to the horn button. The fuse will
keep you from creating a small arc welder if you hook
it up wrong or ground the wrong wire. The wiring
diagram I have shows a 20 amp fuse for the horns. Make
sure to use at least 12 gage wire for the horns.
