One of the most common causes of dampener movement is a cracked hub. Almost
all the cracked hubs I have found have signs of beating directly on hub with
a hammer. I suggest you remove the balancer and check it for worn keyway and
cracks. Drill the crank for bolt if not already drilled and use the tool to
install the hub, then use the special bolt and washer to retain it in place.
