[oletrucks] Rack & Pinion on a solid axle??

   Anybody ever heard of putting a Rack & Pinion steering gear on a solid
axle?  A buddy of mine that does restorations says he has seen this at several
shows, and want to try it out on my 57.  If any of you have done this, would
like to know how well it worked, and if you would share any pics or
information on what rack and what was involved.
