I just received an email from the guy that I sold the '51 3100 to (along
with a '67 MGB) and he is planning on shipping both vehicles to Saigon
for restoration after he has them pick up from me on the 26th!! He is
planning on a full reiteration of the vehicles along with adding power
steering, power brakes and air conditioning to the truck I know this
sounds like one of those internet scams, but he sent me a personal check
for the exact amount of both vehicles (he didn't try and include an
"extra" amount for shipping etc. like the scams do) and it has been in
my account for a week and will be there for two more weeks before the
vehicles are picked up. Has anybody else heard of vehicles being
shipped to Vietnam?? Here are some pictures of the truck:
