I am redoing an old bench seat that is out of a nother 55 chevy truck . I had
junk car seats in the truck. Has anyone done this . I am having problems with
the bottom slides . I really dont want to sand blast them because of the grit
and the slides . Im thinking of putting them in a slovent tank soaking them
and then wire brushing them the best I can. Then Por 15 ing them being careful
not to get the por 15 in the slide grooves. Has anyone ever used the Chevy
duty upholstery kit ? Any pointers would be welcome Thank you Mark T.
