Thanks to all for your comments! I did place an order with them and
found the young woman on the phone to be very nice... tho she did keep
putting me on hold... maybe she was the only one there? The only real
disappointment is that they won't ship to a different address than your
billing address. They said that it was 'corporate policy' I tried to
explain that I run a country store and I'm not home much so I can't sign
for the delivery, that every other shop ships directly to my mechanic,
yadda, yadda, yadda... they were unyielding (they kept telling me it's
corporate policy...) I commented that it's not cusromer service.
So the bottom line is that I did this order but will probably have to
think twice about a company that believes that corporate policy is more
important than customer service.
