Is it leaking out around the valve stem?
If so, you may be able to fix it by tightening the nut at the top of the 
valve.
(It's actually the bottom with the valve installed)
There's a packing washer under the nut that seals against the valve stem.
Just like the valve on your ice maker for the fridge.
On my 53 1/2 ton, tightening the valve stem nut was all that was necessary.
