I have a 52 GMC 6x6 military truck that has a 24 volt system. It also has a 270 engine in it, it keeps burning the points up. What am I missing here? I don't know if the last time it was worked on by the previous owner if it was wired right. Is there something I need to look for? I am just trying to get it running for the fire season since it is a water truck. Thanks Jeff PS. Happy Fathers Day to ALL!!!!! |
