shut the AC off... =) sorry-genetic smart-alec

but seriously-whats the spacing between AC and rad? what about aux elec fan in
front of AC on a relay that automaticly turns on anytime AC compressor is
activated.
common in most all OEM applications to have aux fan or main elec fan perm on
when AC activated.
bet that will fix it.
USE A RELAY!

do you have mechanical fan for main cooling? whats your stat at? should be a
180 stat, and mechanical fan w/shroud or elec fan w/shroud on temp relay that
turns on at 195/off at 170. with aux elec fan in front of rad that turns on
anytime AC activated.

My '58 Apache 350 runs hot during the summer when truck is stopped and the
A/C is running. We have tried everything from an aluminum radiator to a
shroud, electric fan, you name it. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
