<< Spare tire (of course)
 Jack for above
 Flares
 Fire extinguisher
 Emergency fan belt
Emergency radiator hose repair (looks like duct tape on steriods)
 Gallon of water
 Electrical tape and spare fuses
 Duct tape and bailing wire
Large blanket (keeps my clothes clean)
GoJO and a few rags (to get my hands clean)
 Jumper cables
Assortment of tools including but not limited to the following:
  Wire cutters
  Pliers
  Adjustable wrench
 Leather gloves

If I suffer a major problem, I have a cell phone so I can call for a tow
truck.
Can anyone else think of something that might come in handy?

 Thanks in advance,

They have these neat tool kits that lay flat, with every type of common tool
in them.
I also carry a tire plug kit and one of those small cig lighter air
compressors.
Tie wraps.
I qt of oil.
Silicone gasket maker.
Rubber gloves.
AAA card.

The bad news is, I carry this stuff in the trunk of a Miata.

The good news is, I have never needed to use it. :)
