Yes. The wrinkle finish paint is available in Pep Boys, or better Paint
stores, also Eastwood sells it.It works perfectly as long as you follow the
directions (3 heavy coats) and use a heat source to warm the entire painted
dash at the same time.
The warm sun works the best but this time of year (most of the US) is a bit
chilly.
A heat gun will not work properly, the wife's oven would do it but that
will stink up the house (been there, done that, and paid dearly) If you
wait for a warm day place the dash in direct sunlite after the 3rd coat.
The results are amazing.
