Rocker Shaft Locating Screw

Hi again,

The MOSS catalog clearly shows a rocker shaft locating
screw in the 1275 head. But I can't find any specs on
how far in to screw it. I realize that the screw retaining
plate on top of the pedestal keeps it from turning, but how far
in does one screw this screw before putting on the retaining
plate?
