Yes, I did that on my first (74) Midget when I was young and foolish.  All
shocks were leaking, so I thought "what the heck" and filled all 4 with
straight STP.  It was stiff and understeered, but when I disconnected the
swaybar, it was a lot of fun....until the STP had leaked out.
This was a long time ago and I don't remember if the car war streetable
like that.  Also, I wonder if even good dampers could handle this for
long.
