You can visually see a slight rise in the front of the frame rails. 
I do not have any specs. All Sprites and Midgets (when the front sheetmetal
is off) has the same look. It looks like a sag, it is not.

I had my 59 straightened and it is perfectly straight now but the radiator
now has to be shimmed to sit verticle in the support and I had to do some
modifications to the front end.

I think a simple check would be to place a level on the radiator support to
see if it is plumb. Make sure the car is on level ground and not a pitched
garage floor. 
I found out the hard, expensive way. Now I have looked at many more and
seen the same sag I used to have with no side effects. My side effects
occured after frame straightening.
