White Post come highly recommended (540 837 1140).  I gave them a call and 
they are certainly not cheap - but they do provide a lifetime warranty.

I was warned against Apple by a local restoration specialist.

For the combined master cylinder White Post charges $225 for bead blasting,
boring and resleeving, baked on epoxy finish.

I have not yet decided whether I want to spend that much yet, but it does
sound good!
