The best I know if you have a few bucks is PPG Concept LV Acrylic
Urethane... It is very forgiving
Tacks up in 10 min. sands the next day or so depending on weather.
$$$$$$ though
Used NCP 270 Corrosion resistant primer ....Depends on where you are in the
US what you use I think.....Check with your local car paint store.
