Throttle cable thanks

Thanks to all who suggested bicycle cable for the throttle.  I wish we'd had
you around when we were looking for something to work!  In fact, Frank
suggested this solution when I called him.  If only I'd taken his advice when
we first stopped, we would have been on the road much sooner.
