newbie looking for insurance

Hello Spridgeteers!

I've been listening quietly for several weeks now, and in the mean time
I've become a bugeye owner.  I will have many questions for the list as
time goes by (many of them stupid questions).  However, here's my first:

Who offers good insurance policies for classics?  I'd like a policy where
I could specify a value for the car, then up the value as I make
improvements.
