Sondra: If you have an intact policy the insurer should not be able to deny coverage retroactively. I would ask them for a detailed explanation of the reason for denial then take it to your states insurance commissioner if you do not get satisfaction. While this is happening definitely find a new insurer if you can. Once denied you may have trouble. Niel Leon with Mr. Hyde in stasis. |
