Cleaning up the neighborhood is NOT a priority with the City of Michael
Eisner/Disney.  It is not that ours is a run-down neighborhood.  The houses on
our street are in the $250-300,000 range.  But I had to raise hell for a year
just to get the City of Michael Eisner/Disney to have the street sweeper make
regular cleaning of the alley.  (Of course, the limousine liberals have made
it impossible to institutionalize and care for the mentally ill in
California.)

Move?  You can never run away from problems!
