Hey All;

While taking the trans off the spare engine - I found I had to remove
the clips from the clutch release lever to get the engine and trans to
separate. I thought something was rusted fast....

Turns out that the clutch has a roller type bearing - rather than a
carbon disk, and it is fastened to the pressure plate. The bearing
seems to be made of some sort of high impact plastic with the rollers
totaly enclosed. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

If anyone is familiar with this part let me know....

The part has been in the car for at least three years that I know of,
(it was in storage for at least 2 years before I bought it). There is a
part number on the part and I know it was made in the US.

Kevin
