hood: how easy is it?

Ok, by now I've figured out that noone supplies a "complete"
hood for the Mk3 Sprite, i.e. ready to go on the car.

They only sell you the fabric plus some little hardware.

What is the procedure to install the hood fabric onto the
header rail, rear bar, and what type of glue should I use?
