Barry,
The stock Midget lugnut is 3/8"x24 tpi thread.
If you are looking for tapered seat, most of the usual vendors should have
them. If you want to get laughed at, go into your local (NAPA, Autozone,
Chief, Hi-Lo, Pep-Boys, etc) and ask for such a critter. I have been
assured by the local NAPA that no car ever came with lug nuts that small.
