Both brake lights in my 1977 Midget do not light when you step on the
brake pedal. Looking at the wiring diagram I seed that there is one
green wire from the fuse box to the brake light switch. Then there is one
(I forget the color) wire going to the brake lights. Since both lights
don't work I suspect either the switch or the connections at the switch.
>From the picture in the shop manual I see that the switch is triggered
when the end of the brake pedal moves off the switch. My question is how
do I get access to the pedal box to check and test the switch.? The
shop manual seems to be less than clear on this point. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks,
