I'm not sure if I should feel offended or owe someone an apology.
Justbrits seems to think I should have read my manual for an answer
re: fuel tank capacity. Well, I don't have one yet--one more thing
on my list to buy. Maybe it should have been the first thing. Right
now I'm trying to get the Midget in safe, semi-original running
form, and appreciate all the great advice I'm getting on this
list--stuck as I am in a place that has little sympathy for LBC's.
I would like to thank Nory, Frank, Alan, and everyone else for their
answers to my admittedly naive (read: sometimes stupid) questions.
As soon as I joined the list, it became apparent that every subject,
every inquiry was fair game, no matter how simple or sophisticated.
I really liked that.
I'm a big fan of Wired magazine, and one of their big issues is how
computers and the internet are helping to democratize the world. I
think this list is a good example of that. Of course, a democracy
depends on an informed citizenry. So I will try to be better
informed in my questions. You all have a good Sunday.
