Hi, Adrian!
Not much encouraging word here. I have opened up a bunch of master
cylinders, and I have never been able to work one out per the manual. I
usually end up chiseling the nylon bearing out with an icepick, but even
that ain't easy. That nylon is tough stuff! I think the manual procedure
was written for a new cylinder and a new bearing, not one that had seen 30
years of operation and corrosion.
