Yeah, Carol I'll bet 9 is a prob. However, let's say "Kermit" (a VERY
popular name) is taken. If NCDMV is anything like IDMV you could
ask for "Kermit 59". In ILL that would only be 11 bucks over reg
plate instead of an extra $75.
BTW, there is a BRG Frogeye in Lisle, IL that wears, as it's rear
flash "Kermit" instead of Sprite.
