OK Gang, I got all the expensive noises sorted out and fixed. Now I'm hearing the little ones. Can anyone suggest a realistic solution to a noisy bonnet - er, hood? It seems to bang around a lot, probably on the fender - er, wing- supporting edges. There are small rubber (?) bumper blocks (1 on each side) but they don't seem to do much. When I hit bumps or rough pavement, the hood kinda clangs around noissily. Not nice. OTOH -- I can't believe the great top-down weather in February. I'm getting spoiled! chuck |
