I've found that for the road 20% uprated front springs and a standard sway
bar is a pretty good compromise.   Adjust the front ride height to suit the
sag in the rear springs and you're on the right track IMNSHO.

I agree with Frank and ADD that you are better off fitting a stiffer
anti-roll
bar than stiffer springs.  Also that standard springs can be lowered in the
spring pans.  In other words you can have standard springs and experiment
with
ride height and roll stiffness to suit.
