Yesterday I posted a message about my 60 Bug Eye. Thanks to all who
answered my questions.
I do need a plate that the hood prop clamp mounts to. The plate bolts to
the radiator frame and the spring clamp bolts to this. This is the closed
postion clamp. Can anyone help me? I referred to some images that
illustrate what I am talking about in the message but was not clear that
these were at my web site, www.eyequip.com/bugeye.
Finally a question regarding "how do I keep my choke from drifting back?"
resulted in a very good answer...a clothes pin. Now this seems reasonable
but where can I find a period (1958-60) clothes pin? I am trying to keep it
authentic. :)
