Hi list,

I need some advice. My boot lid has a couple of pressure dents in the
center up near the top. If looking from under the lid the dents are in the
largest open area from the braces.

The dents can be popped out from underneath, but the slightest downward
pressure, pops them right back.

I have tried heating the metal with a torch, and they pop out until the
metal cools, then right back in place.

I want to get the nice contour to the lid before I paint it. Any
suggestions, short of applying BONDO (no, no, no) ????
