I previously ran them on a Dynaco tube amp dad built in the '60s. 35 tube watts blew away 100 solid state (handles low impedance better, doncha know). Old tube amps are worth a fortune now, some as much as $15,000. I was offered $1200 for the Dyna when I was using it to demo the speakers in the store. |
