The explination from my French girl friend is that it has 2 hp. But Ive
driven one and they must have more than two chevaux. I would guess its HP
around 20 or 30.

Maybe its becuase it can go as fast a 2 horses. But I hit the Freeway with
it and was doin about  60 mph in it. so maybe not.

I would just blame it on Citroen... Everybody else blames them for
everything.

Hey I wonder if there is a 2CV list?
